In particular, our associate-based consultancy clients benefit from accessing a readily available pool of highly experienced and fully vetted consultants, that can be immediately deployed across multiple short to mid-term projects. 

Our Associate Consultants commonly engage when:

• Client practices do not want to increase permanent consultant headcount
• Specific skillsets are required that fall outwith the core competence of the practice
• Fast expert consultant deployment is needed as a result of project wins
• Elements of project delivery / roll-out are required overseas (often needing in-country language capabilities)
