Project Consultant Resourcing Services

We provide end to end resourcing services for clients requiring expert consultants or project managers, to design and execute consultancy projects of all scales. Consultants normally operate as part of a project team under the 'badge' of the lead consultancy practice, and typically will be engaged on a 5 day per week basis across the project lifecycle.

Expert Resourcing work closely with our clients to define the specific consultant profile in terms of:

• Specific project / sectorial experience level (number of previous industry enagagements)
• Technical certification and qualifications (e.g. Six Sigma Black Belt, Prince2, LeanIT, ACCA etc.) 
• Language capabilities and personality profile (DISC)
• Budgets / consultant remuneration, performance bonus structures, resource availability and project duration
